We’re pleased to share that Court Place Gardens won Student Accommodation Project of the Year at the Education Property Awards 2026.
Court Place Gardens is made up mainly of two-bedroom houses, making it well suited to graduates with families as well as those sharing. Set within a conservation area, the development includes the careful restoration of the Grade II listed Mansion House. By creating shared gardens instead of private ones, the scheme protects the site’s mature landscape while doubling the number of homes that were there before.
It shows that affordable rents can sit alongside high standards of design, sustainability and placemaking – offering a model that could be repeated for future affordable and build-to-rent homes.
Congratulations and thank you to everyone on the Court Place Gardens project team:
fjcstudio (Architect), Applied Landscape (Landscape Architect), Savills (Planning), Cast Consultancy (Project and Cost Management), Price & Myers (Infrastructure and Structural Engineer), QODA Consulting (MEP Engineer), Project ff&e Ltd (Furniture) and Feltham Construction (Main Contractor).
