OUD will soon submit a detailed planning application for the redevelopment of 25 Wellington Square and the Western Terrace.
The second round of consultation was completed earlier in 2025.
The proposed development comprises the redevelopment of 25 Wellington Square, to provide a new academic facility and retail space, and refurbishment of the Western Terrace on the west side of the square to form new graduate accommodation.
